Dr. Mohammad Reza Zali
Dr. Mohammad Reza Zali, a gastroenterologist, works with Medova. Dr. Zali is a Distinguished Professor at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, and once served as the Head of the Institute of Gastroenterology and Liver Research. In 2005, the first liver stem cell transplant in Iran was performed by Dr. Zali, and the result was successful. Dr. Zali has been a co-founder and board member of the Iranian Association of Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases in Iran for many years and is now a permanent member of the Academy of Medical Sciences.
